Pros:

Lots of experience - they've been doing this a long time.

Cons:

Limited resources / staff / support.

Other Thoughts:

Not sure how you could trust your business' MOSS hosting to someone who has a website that looks like that. And yes - it is just two brothers that run the IT / support side of things. Good luck if anything breaks.
